Anyone with less than 15 days of PTO (including sick) will be able to earn 15 PTO days per year beginning January 1st, 2016
A flat accrual rate is now in place (tenure will not affect accrual rate or the cap)
Maximum accrual is 1X the annual accrual (carryover is limited to 1X)
When requesting PTO, you need to perform the following.
2. Have your manager sign the form
3. Scan the signed form and email it to email@example.com and CC your manager
